Jack of all trades / construction / maintenance in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Position available immediately. Looking for a jack of all trades - someone who is skilled in construction along with handyman duties pertaining to an apartment complex in West Philly. Good time management needed. Some computer knowledge, Bi Lingual,  preferred.  
Duties include but are not limited to:
Construction 
Some appliance repair skills
Basic handyman duties for apartment complex to complete work orders
Checking / retrieving time cards & entering time data into computer system.
Must be able to manage time, work well alone and with others. 
May be required to manage other employees on job sites. 
Monday - Friday  7:30 to 4:30 Saturdays may be required during construction of new units.
